  The Court Records of the 7th District Courts of the Clinton County are now available with the Judicial Information System of the Iowa State maintained through the Unified Judicial System. The access to these records can be obtained by the general public either free of cost or through the payment of subscription fee to the Judicial Information System. The free access is limited to the child support, fine payment, title and filing of cases and such like issues. Full access to the court records is available on the payment of $25 as monthly subscription fee for provision of the advanced research services.
