Dillingham County Criminal & Court Records
The Dillingham Superior Court provides the public with the facility to access to the Court’s Record case files except to some confidential cases of juvenile nature. The records can be requested in writing from Clerk of the respected court or the record’s department on the prescribed form downloadable from Alaska Court System Website. Request should be submitted through post or visiting in person as no emails are accepted. In order to obtain the documents a fee of 25 cents per page for normal documents and $5.00 per certified document is imposed. In specific cases an additional $15.00 is payable as research fee per hour.
