  The Court records of the 56th Circuit Court are available for public inspection of cases filed in Eaton County at Judicial Website of the Michigan state. However the access right is not absolute. If any person is interested in obtaining the court records s/he should go to the courthouse where the case has taken place and request the records in writing from the Court’s Clerk. Request is usually needed to be in writing.
