Dealing with Felony, Civil, Small Claims, Misdemeanor, Evictions and Probate is the responsibility of the Forsyth County Superior-District Court. Public records can be searched in person or by requesting records through the mail. Criminal and Civil cases are searched separately. All records are retained on books back to 1968 and Criminal records are kept on computer since 1983. Civil records are computerized since April of 1989. On the North Carolina Court System website, you can find schedules and court calendar information.
