  The access to the Records of 39th Circuit Court is allowed to the citizens of Lenawee County, Michigan State. Access is provided to the records and copying is facilitated for the citizen with certain restrictions. The complete access is only allowed if requested to the court’s clerk in writing. The full access is allowed under some rules and regulations and fees are charged for access as well as the copying of these records.
