  The Marion County 5th District Court allows the general public access to the court records through the Unified Judicial System Website. But on having free access people can only have limited access to the court records for instance criminal charges, titles and filings of the cases, child support, case disposition, and fine payments etc. The unlimited access is available on subscription to the website while paying the subscription fee of $25 per month for facilitating the advanced research.
