  The 26th Circuit Court of Montmorency County of Michigan State allows the citizens of the state to view the documents of the cases filed in the above mentioned court. Copying of these records is however allowed with certain restrictions. In order to have full access to the records a person is required to apply in writing to the Custodian of the records and request for the full access. Different fees are applied for different nature of cases.
