  The Records of the 46th Circuit Court-Trial Court – District Court are available for public inspection of cases filed in Otsego County at Judicial Website of the Michigan state. However the access right is not absolute. If any person is interested in obtaining the court records s/he should go to the courthouse where the case has taken place and request the records in writing from the Court’s Clerk. Request is usually needed to be in writing.

But right to view and inspect the court records is limited. A person interested in obtaining the court records is required to contact the said Court’s Clerk and request for the records.
