The Supreme Court Criminal Division in Staten Island, New York deals with felonies and misdemeanors. Sealed records and juvenile offender records are only released to the subject. Criminal records are computerized to 1975 and are archived for prior years. Civil records must be searched by name and you need to specify the years to be searched. Requests for records must be done in person or by mail. This court will not perform any requests for name searches.
