    The Vallejo Branch of the Superior Court hears felony, misdemeanor, civil, eviction, small claims, and probate cases. Records of these cases, with the exception of probation files, are available. To access records in person, come to the office with formal identification. You will be allowed to conduct five searches a day at a cost of $15 per search that exceeds 10 minutes. Copies are available at a fee of $.50 per copy; certification is available for $25 per document.

    The Criminal Division of the Superior Court files, processes, and maintains criminal records of felonies and misdemeanors. To view court files, first determine whether your files are at the Fairfield or Vallejo branch—cases beginning with ‘F’ will be at Fairfield, those beginning with ‘V’ will be at Vallejo. Searches cost $15 per name if the search is over 10 min and copies cost $.50 each. Individuals are allowed to make five searches per day and are required to show formal identification.
