The Idaho Clerk of the Supreme Court maintains court records for the district trial courts of all 44 counties as well as opinions of the supreme and appeals courts. These opinions can be obtained from the office as well as information on civil and criminal trials in the district courts, including judgments, party information, and case histories. Records for legally restricted cases, such as domestic abuse and child protection cases, are not available to the public.

Case information for the supreme, appellate, and district courts is available from the Idaho Clerk of the Supreme Court both online and in person at state courthouses. Opinions of the Supreme and Appeals Courts can be browsed online. Case information for civil and criminal trials in the district courts is available via the Supreme Court Data Repository online system. You can search for cases in every Idaho county by name, case number, dates, and other criteria.

Opinions from the supreme and appellate courts date back to 2006. The Supreme Court Data Repository has records for all district court cases back to 1995 and some even earlier.
