About This Office:
The New Hampshire Administrative Office of the Courts provides support to the courts, judges and clerks and support staff of the New Hampshire Judicial Branch. Some of the information retained by the Administrative Offices of the Courts includes: lawyer resources, court rules, judicial performance evaluations, information on committees, reports and documents, budget documents, and media information.
Court Records At This Office:
Individuals interested in accessing New Hampshire court records can make a written request through the division of court where the case was heard. All court files are available for inspection at the Clerk’s office in the county where the record is kept.
Access To New Hampshire Court Records:
The New Hampshire Court Administrator maintains court records for all state courts: the Supreme Court, Superior Court, District Court, Probate Court, and Family Division. All jury trials are held at the Superior Court, which has jurisdiction over many criminal and civil cases. District courts in 36 cities are the community courts handling minor crimes and civil cases under $25,000.
