The Wyoming Court Administrator is an administrative arm to the Wyoming Judicial Branch. Some of the information retained by the Wyoming Court Administrator includes: trial court statistics, the Supreme Court Electronic Docket, court initiatives, a self-help center, and employment opportunities.
Court Records At This Office:
Individuals interested in accessing Wyoming court records can obtain them through the U.S. District Court of Wyoming’s website. Individuals can use the Electronic Court Records PACER System to secure the court records for a nominal fee. Individuals can also use the search engine, the Wyoming Appellate Case Management System, found on the Clerk’s Office of the Wyoming Supreme Court’s website.
Access To Wyoming Court Records:
<p>The Wyoming judicial system was established in 1868 with a supreme court, under which are district and circuit courts in each of the 23 counties. The district courts are trial courts with general jurisdiction over civil and felony criminal cases, divorces, and probate matters. The circuit courts have limited jurisdiction, hearing only criminal misdemeanors and smaller civil cases. The Wyoming Court Administrator is responsible for the Supreme Court Electronic Docket as well as all non-electronic court documents.</p>
