The Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) has several online databases that can be accessed by the public. These databases include a Level 3 Predatory Offender Search, an Offender Locator, a database of Active DOC Fugitives, and a Law Enforcement Viewer for law enforcement professionals. The Offender Locator may be used to collect public incarceration records for adult offenders who are under the DOC’s jurisdiction. Database users may search for inmates by name, date of birth, or Offender ID number.
