Which record type should I choose?

It depends on which type of court records you're looking for:

Criminal records bring back information for DUI's, DWI's, violent crimes, theft, robbery, sexual offenses, drug and alcohol arrests, and some traffic violations.

Civil records search for records related to lawsuits, bankruptcies, liens and judgments, marriage/divorce litigation, child custody, civil rights violations, and other similar court documents.

Both record types together offers you the most comprehensive search possible. If you choose "Both", you will be charged $19.95 for each search (totaling $39.90 for the county). This price covers all courthouse, processing, and court-runner fees.
