How do I change my password or my login credentials?

To change your email or password, sign in, go to the "My Account" section , which can be found from the dropdown menu under your name in the top right corner. Then select "Settings", where you can update or change your email or password.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you've forgotten your password, please enter your email address on the Password Reset page. Enter the email address you used when creating your account and click "Reset Password". We'll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you're still having trouble with your login, please submit a ticket to our customer support department and we'll get to the bottom of it.

How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

If you no longer wish to receive emails from PeopleSmart, simply click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any commercial message you receive from us. Your unsubscribe request will be honored immediately. Please note that you may still receive account and billing notices from us, if applicable. If the unsubscribe link in a message isn't working, please click here to file a support ticket with us and a support technician will get it fixed.

How do I change billing options or cancel my trial or membership?

To cancel a trial or membership, sign in and click on "My Account" under your name in the top right menu bar. Then select "Membership" and "Manage Membership" to follow the cancellation prompt on the bottom of the page. If you wish to keep your trial but would like to cancel a different subscription, please follow the above steps and select the subscription you would like to cancel.
