Oregon inmate lookup is facilitated by ODOC and allows the public to view certain inmate records that are open to public viewing. These records include a photo of the offender, full name and aliases, age, date of birth, gender, race, height, weight, eye and hair color, and also include location of correctional facility, status, admission and projected release dates, sentencing and conviction information.
Access to Oregon Court Records
Retrieving Records
Any member of the public can search for incarceration records through the Oregon Offender Search, a database maintained by the Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC). Database users may search for offender records by name or by State Offender ID number. Individuals and agencies may also request a complete offender record by completing the department’s Public Records Information form. Requests should be submitted to the Oregon Department of Corrections unit or department that holds the information.
Cost
The state does not charge a fee to access public incarceration records through the Oregon Offender Search database. Fees will be charged for written copies of offender records in accordance with Oregon Department of Corrections regulations.
Years Available
The Oregon Offender Search database provides information on offenders who are under the DOC’s jurisdiction. For complete records, individuals are encouraged to submit a Public Records Information request.
