The Custodians of the records are liable for facilitating the full access to the records to the citizens. The access however is allowed with certain rules and regulations and fees are charged for access as well as the copying of these records.

  The Benzie County 85th District Court of Michigan State allows the citizens of the state to view the documents of the cases filed in the above mentioned court. Copying of these records is however allowed with certain restrictions. In order to have full access to the records a person is required to apply in writing to the Custodian of the records and request for the full access. Different fees are applied for different nature of cases.
