  The 3rd District Courts of Clay, Iowa has jurisdiction over all social as well as criminal cases. The Unified Judicial System of the Iowa State allows general public to have access to the court records free of cost but with certain limitation. The unlimited access to the court records is only authorized to the person having subscribed to the Judicial System Website by paying the subscription fee. The subscription charges are $25 per month for provision of the advanced search services.
