• Flagstaff Justice CourtClick here to run on-site court house search

  Flagstaff Justice Court tries criminal, civil, domestic relations/family court, probate and tax court cases. Obtain copies in person, over the phone, or via fax. Requests should be made to the Clerk of Justice Court’s Office. For information retrieval certain rules are applied that should be studied before makeing request. Definitely certian fees/ charges are applicable.

  The cases of the Page Justice Court are available to the public. Cases heard since 1990 are available digitally. The public can request data disks public indexes of court records by phone or by mail for a fee of $45 per month requested. To obtain a data disk by mail, download and print the CD-ROM order form. Certain rules are to be followed for this purpose. Please check site for rule and fees applicable.
