  The 2nd District Courts in Hardin County hold jurisdiction over civil as well as criminal cases. Citizens of Iowa State are authorized to view the courts records through the Website of the Unified Judicial System of Iowa State. This access is limited in case of being free access to case titles and filings, criminal charges, case disposition, child support payments, and fine payments. Full access is available on the payment of subscription fee of $25 per month for facilitation of advanced search tools for viewing the court records.
