    The cases of the Quartzsite Justice Court Court are available to the public. Cases heard since 1990 are available digitally. The public can request data disks public indexes of court records by phone or by mail for a fee of $45 per month requested. While providing the access to record in mentioned courts special arrangements have been made for secracy of personal/ private issues of people.

    The La Paz County, Salome Justice Court retains copies of records for criminal, civil, domestic relations/family court, probate and tax court cases. Copies of records may be obtained in person, over the phone, or via fax. Requests must be made to the Clerk of Justice Court’s Office. Information needed for each requests is varied; see Clerk’s website for specific instructions concerning document retrieval.

    Requests for Parker Justice Courts records must be made to the Clerk of Superior Court’s Office and may be obtained in person, over the phone, or via fax. The information about the retrieval of data can be found out Clerk’s website. The office only services requests for records of criminal, civil, domestic relations/family court, probate and tax court cases.

    The La Paz Superior Court handles felonies, misdemeanors, civil actions, small claims and evictions cases. There are no adoption, juvenile, medical, probation or seal records released by this court. Criminal records are computerized back to 1996 and on microfiche to 1972. They are archived back to 1856. Civil records are computerized to 1992, microfiche from 1972 and also archived back to 1856. You can obtain records in person, mail or online.
