  The 8th District Courts of Lee, Iowa have general jurisdiction over all civil and criminal cases, with few exceptions. The general public of Iowa is allowed to have access to the court records through the Judicial System Website. The access is however allowed with certain limitations. With ordinary access people can view only the records like case titles and filings, criminal charges, case disposition, child support, and fine payments. In order to gain full access to the court records a person has to register with the website through the payment of monthly registration charges of $25 for facilitation of the advance search.
