Proper information such as name, date of birth, address, years to search should be known before requesting the record retrieval. Felony, Civil, Small Claims, Eviction, Misdemeanor and Probate are under the jurisdiction of the Superior-District Court. None of the sealed cases, adoption, sex offender, expunged records, mental or juvenile records will be released.
