In Mills County Court Record of the 4th District Court is available at the Iowa State Judicial Information System. The State has introduced the Unified Judicial System for the provision of information about criminal, civil, family Cases. The access is however limited to the free visitors. In order to avail full access to the court records, a person has to subscribe the Judicial System with payment of a monthly fee of $25 for facilitation of advance research services.
