The Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts maintains all information to the Arizona court system, as well as information regarding public services, licensing and regulation and publications and reports.
Court Records At This Office:
Individuals interested in searching for Arizona court records can use the Public Access to Court Case Information, a free online service that enables individuals to search for court cases from 153 out of the 180 Arizona courts. Individuals can search by case number or name. Any case involving juveniles, however, cannot be accessed. Other cases that cannot be obtained includes cases involving unserved orders of protection, mental health and probate cases.
Access To Arizona Court Records:
The Arizona Administrative Office of Courts is the central agency for all court information and specifically for the records of 180 state Supreme Courts, Superior Courts, Justice Courts, and City Courts. The cases available are felony criminal, civil, small claims records, family law and domestic relations cases, and state traffic cases. Confidential cases not available to the public by the Arizona Administrative Office of Courts include juvenile cases, unserved orders of protection, mental health, and probate cases.
