The Missouri State Court Administrator is responsible for maintaining records and providing support to the courts of Missouri. Some of the information maintained by the State Court Administrator includes: information about the courts, legal information and resources, news and publications, and attorney information.
Court Records At This Office:
Individuals interested in obtaining information regarding Minnesota court records can do so through the Court’s Case.net system, which is the Missouri State Courts Automated Case Management System. Individuals can review court records and other information, including docket entries, parties, judgments and charges in public court. Only those cases that have been deemed public are available through the Case.net system.
Access To Missouri Court Records:
The State Courts Administrator keeps Missouri court records. For the Supreme and appellate courts, the office provides minutes, opinions, and opinion orders. All trials and other non-appeals cases are handled by the circuit courts, which provide docket entries, party information, and judgments, along with other information. The circuit courts handle criminal and civil cases, including family, probate, juvenile, small claims, and municipal cases. Missouri court records are available online and in person at a courthouse.
